The Chapel Choir Presents Wise Guys
Sunday, March 14
At 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. Worship
This year's Chapel Choir musical "Wise Guys" is based on the book of Proverbs and is delightful story with a powerful message: Wisdom is a gift from God, and with wisdom, God is a constant companion and friend. The Chapel Choir welcomes to their production the Sunshine Choir (grades K - 2) and two members of our 180° Youth Ministry and this year's confirmation class, Callie Bowen and Ryan Kielhorn. The Sunshine Choir joins the cast as industrious ants who sing "The Ants' Song," while Callie and Ryan join the cast as the mother and father of the main character, Bobby (Christopher Robinson) and his sister Jenny (Sophia Malatesta). Lady Wisdom will be portrayed by Lizzy Sprague.

Lenten Sermon Series on Prayer
Addressing questions to help and challenge us on our spiritual journey.
What does it mean to believe that we can communicate with the Creator of a universe so enormous that we cannot comprehend it? Is God "up" in heaven or is God everywhere? Does God hear the prayers of all six billion people on earth? Does God wait for us to say what we need? These are some of the questions that cause many 21st century Christians to have difficulty praying. During Lent, Dr. Jones will address these and related questions in order to help and challenge each of us on our spiritual journey.
