Presented by Mara Kronenfeld, Executive Director, UNRWA-USA

Please join Mara Kronenfeld, Executive Director of UNRWA-USA, as she sheds light on the daily realities faced by Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. United Nations Relief and Works Agency-USA (UNRWA-USA) has been a mission partner of Westminster for nearly 10 years. UNRWA-USA works to provide humanitarian relief and support to Palestinian refugees living in Israel/Palestine and across the Middle East, including education, health, and emergency assistance programs.

Having focused most of her career on international development, Mara has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and leading youth development programming in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Mara has extensive leadership experience in youth development with a strong focus on program design and development, organizational capacity strengthening, and multi-sectoral partnership cultivation and collaboration. Mara holds a Master of Near Eastern Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Anthropology.
