Westminster has a long history of partnering with Habitat of Humanity of New Castle Country to help provide affordable housing in our community. Many of you have participated on the WPC lawn builds in recent years when we gathered on the Pennsylvania Avenue lawn to construct housing panels that made new homes a reality!
