September is a second New Year – things start up again after the lazy, hazy days of summer. We are starting up again too, encouraging you to bring your gifts of nonperishable food, cereal, and personal items to support Hanover Food Closet. This half of the season sees several huge holidays when we need your help to be extra generous towards those who struggle with their food budgets, and this month is a good time to get back in the habit. We’ll be in the church parking lot on Sunday, September 1, from 9:00 to 9:30 to welcome you back.
