With Wilfredo Campos, Wilmington Police Chief
Wilfredo Campos was named Wilmington’s Police Chief on January 5, 2023. A 26-year veteran of the city’s Police Department, Chief Campos grew up on Wilmington’s West Side, graduating from Thomas McKean High School and Wilmington University. Chief Campos and Mayor Purzycki spoke in person at Westminster Presbyterian Church on February 12, 2023, as they addressed ongoing efforts to combat violence in Wilmington. Join us as Chief Campos shares his perspectives on our city, including recent accomplishments and current priorities that seek to enhance the safety and security of our city, making Wilmington a better place for all to live, work, and visit!
