Join us as Dave Bever, Executive Director of the Delaware Center for Justice, describes the 100+ year history of the Center and its programs for Delawareans impacted by all aspects of the criminal legal system. Dave will also share this year’s legislative priorities, including the expungement of criminal records, ongoing policing reform, and the compassionate release of aging and/or infirm individuals who are incarcerated. We will also learn about ways we can make our voices heard in support of these initiatives, designed to make our criminal justice system operate with equity and inclusion for all.
