Education Event: Who is Sophia? A Bible Talk on Proverbs 1-9

Join us for a stimulating discussion on the characteristics of Sophia in biblical text. We will explore Sophia’s identity using close examination of Proverbs as well as excerpts from The Book of Longings by Sue Monk Kidd. If you ever wondered about the gender of God, or Lady Wisdom, or wanted to go deeper into the book of Proverbs, this Bible talk is for you!
The Rev. Tamesha Mills, M.Div is a Master of Theology student at Princeton Theological Seminary. She is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal church and her research interest is the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible.
