Enza Rocco is a visionary leader and the Executive Director of Delaware Futures, a statewide after-school program dedicated to empowering at-promise middle- and high-school students. Under her leadership, Delaware Futures provides transformative mentorship, programming, and community partnerships that foster academic, social, and emotional growth. A tireless advocate for health equity, Enza is committed to dismantling systemic disparities and decolonizing structures of oppression, particularly in underserved communities. Before joining Delaware Futures, Enza held leadership roles as Assistant Director of the MA in Urban Bioethics program and Assistant Professor at Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine, where she focused on research, education, and community collaboration to address health disparities. Enza holds an MSW, MBE, and JD, and has taught bioethics and social policy to diverse student populations at Temple, Simmons University, Drexel University, and the University of Pennsylvania. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit and community-based work, Enza has led initiatives that bridge educational equity, food justice, aging-in-place, and community health. As a sought-after speaker at national and local conferences, Enza continues to champion community empowerment, health equity, and social justice with unwavering dedication and strength.
