And Westminster members Lynne Kielhorn and Mike and Shelley Gnade
New Castle Presbytery and the Episcopal Church of Delaware created a pilgrimage in September to Montgomery and Selma, Alabama, two cities pivotal in our country’s history and to our understanding of the continuing quest for civil rights in America. The 30 individuals who journeyed together immersed themselves in a living history that still breathes in these streets, engaging deeply in the pain of the past and coming to recognize its echoes in our present time. Join us as these pilgrims from Westminster and New Castle Presbytery share their encounters and reflections from this powerful experience, reminded that the fight for equality requires the courage to face hard truths with faith and love.
